I can give a detailed in-person (Des Moines, Iowa)  or virtual consultation walkthrough of the house with the homeowner or Realtor.  I  will provide ideas and suggestions using the homeowner's personal furnishing or make affordable suggestions.  This includes both inside and outside the house ideas to best market the property. 

My design style is traditional, with a  bit of modern flair.  And I like to use neutral colors, with blues and greens when given my choice. Blues and Greens are so relaxing.  Every design is unique as the home-owner but focused on attracting the buyer to the main focal points and features in the home when buyers are scrolling through photos of the home.
